We don’t know about you, but lunch is absolutely the highlight of our day!

Our Lunchtime Box includes:

We’ve put together a little list of our favourite light recipes ideas for a week of scrumptious Sausage Shed lunches.

Monday
Start your week with a twist on a simple classic: Chipolatas, mash and peas. Take it to the next level with onion gravy. Phwoar.

Tuesday
Freshen it up with tasty spicy Chicken Fajitas Strips – Try out this simple recipe.

Wednesday
Get over mid-week blues with a comforting home-cooked Spaghetti Bolognese.

Thursday
Time for a one-pot chipolata casserole or heartwarming stew. Chuck onions, herbs/spice, chipolatas and tinned tomatoes into a pot, then add your veg of choice!

Friday
Celebrate the end of work with a 100 % Steak Beef Burger with all your favourite toppings! We LOVE ours with Streaky Bacon and cheddar cheese.

Saturday
Another classic: Cottage pie is always a delicious and filling lunch. If you make to much, just freeze those extra portions for future lunch emergencies.

Sunday
Sunday treat yourself with a brunch of Breakfast Patties in a toasted muffin. Just add a poached or fried egg and any extras to suit your taste. We like to add grated parmesan and fresh rocket to ours!
