To cook this wonderful Pork Belly, place on a trivet in a deep tray filled with water and cook meat side down to ensure juicy meat and a layer of super crispy crackling. Made from the finest cuts of Gloucester Old Spot and Large White pigs, all our pork is Dry Aged ensuring maximum flavour.
