This is The Shed’s take on the classic French dish Boudin Noir. The distinctive flavour and richness of the black pudding is cut through with the Bramley apples and the cider gives a sweet, apple finish. This inspired combination of ingredients result in an earthy but classy and succulent sausage with lashings of flavour, which has been winning Gold awards from BPEX and Taste of the West since 2013.

Sausages are packed by weight and sold in 500g packs which normally yields 5 sausages. Because our sausages are hand made, they may vary in size slightly. Minimum pack size is 475g.
