British Sausage Week Celebrations at The Sausage Shed
The greatest celebration of our beloved sausage is about to get underway next week. The 18th annual British Sausage Week from the 2nd – 8th November puts the nation’s best sausage creations in the spotlight and focuses on those sausages made lovingly with quality assured pork and sustainable ingredients, for fabulous taste sensations.
The Sausage Shed – Going for Gold in 2015
We have previously been victorious in the South West region awards. We’ve entered our new Curried Pork and Pineapple sausages and our trusty Traditional Pork Sausages into this year’s competition.
Michel Roux Jr. is this year’s head judge and will award the best sausages in retailers, independent butchers, farm shops and catering establishments. Michels exceptional culinary heritage and over 700 entries, make it a tough battle for first place, but we’re in it to win it.
